(R-3 to R-6 are impleaded vide Court order dated 10.12.2020 made in W.M.P.(MD).No.1835 of 2020 in W.P.(MD).No.1950 of 2020) Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue patta for Survey No.21/2 for 1/3rd share, to make necessary mutations in the revenue records showing the cart-tracts in Survey Nos.11/2A, 2F2, 2G and 2H described as 'AB' and Survey Nos.11/2A, 2B, 2C, 2F1, 2D, 20/2C1, 2C2, 2C3, 11/3A, 3B, 3C1, 3C2, 2F3, 2G and 2H described as 'ACD' situated at Mandavadi Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District as per sketch attached with the decree in O.S.No.159 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Oddanchatram with a time frame. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for patta and survey of the property for which the petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner.

2. Today, Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, has placed before this Court, an order dated 04.08.2020 passed by the second respondent rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta in her name.

3. Since the petitioner's application has already been rejected, the petitioner will have to challenge the order dated 04.08.2020 passed by the second respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

4. After recording the order dated 04.08.2020 passed by the second respondent, namely, the Tahsildar, Oddanchatram, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.08.2020 passed by the second respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
