ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property in S.No.43/2C situate at Parukkaigudi village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 08.11.2020 was registered in CSR No.481 of 2020 and after enquiry, the same was closed with an advice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1491 of 2021 petitioner and the fourth respondent to approach the jurisdictional civil Court to resolve the dispute between them. This fact is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
