This application has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.331 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 406, 506(i) r/w 109 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that already P.Ws.1,2 & 3 were examined before the trail Court.
