Pleased to call for the records and set aside the impugned judgement dated 13.12.2023 made in C.A.No.30 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul who convicted and modified the judgment passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul in S.C.No.93 of 2017 dated 08.11.2021 and allow the Revision Petition.
