PRAYER IN CMA(MD) No.SR2863 of 2017:- to be setaside by this Hon'ble Court and dismiss the claim petition in MCOP No.296/2012 dt.19.02.2015 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Karur (Principal District Judge, Karur ) ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.HEMAKARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for R3 & R2, R1 & R2 not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 611 days in filing the appeal and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid to meet the ends of justice. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date, the copy of this order, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is made ready, failing which, this petition shall automatically be

dismissed without further reference to this Court.

3. On such deposit, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order list the matter for admission.
