ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned as prayed for on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) towards costs to the High Court Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
