ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry in connection with Crime No.35 of 2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that no F.I.R. is pending against the petitioners herein. He further submitted that one case was registered in Crime No.35 of 2018, under Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, against only the second petitioner's brother and hence, the question of harassing the petitioners does not arise.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
