The instant writ petition has been filed by a Village Administrative Officer, seeking a mandamus to revoke his order of suspension passed by the second respondent on 25.03.2024.

2. Pending writ petition, the second respondent has issued a proceedings on 22.01.2025, revoking the order of suspension of the writ petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
