Consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to register the case against the 4th to 12th respondents on the basis of complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 17.01.2018 before the 1st respondent.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed to give a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct an appropriate enquiry against the unlawful activities done by the 4th to 12th respondents as excommunicated the petitioner's family from the Middle Street of Vairaveekinaru Village, Koodankulam, Tirunelveli District and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to register a case against the 4th to 12th respondents on the basis of complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 17.01.2018 before the 1st respondent. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the 4th to 12th respondents are the close relatives of the petitioner. They are occupying majority in the middle street of Vairavikinaru village and with an intention to evict the petitioner from the village, they are harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the 4th to 12th respondents. So far, no case has been registered.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and a case in Crime No.71 of 2018 has been registered. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
