Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 151 of Civil Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to restore the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.NO.1377 of 2017 which has been dismissed for Non Prosecution on 25/07/2017 . Prayer in CRP(MD)No. 1377/ 2017 :

Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order of the District Munsif Court at Vedasandur, Dindigul District in I.A.No.406 of 2015 in O.S.No.158/2015 which is dismissed as Devoid of merit on 8th day of September 2016 .

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MOHANA RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner , this court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this petition is allowed and the Civil Revision Petition is restored to file.
