This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 23.07.2014 given by the petitioner against the accused mentioned in the complaint. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Andipatty, has closed the petition as 'mistake of fact'. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
