Heard both sides.

2. The apprehension of the writ petitioner is that Anganvadi is proposed to be constructed in survey No.77, Veerasigamani Village, Sankarankoil Taluk, Tenkasi District which is said to be a catchment area.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate clarified that construction will come up only in survey No.101/1 which is not a water body or catchment area.
