ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent to change the investigation officer in Crime No.05 of 2020 of Sivakasi Town Police Station.
2. Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, contended that though the petitioner sought for change of investigation officer in Crime No.05 of 2020, it is enough if the investigation in Crime No.05 of 2020 is expedited and the final report is filed before the concerned Court.
3. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, contended that the investigation in Crime No.05 of 2020 was already concluded and the final report is also made ready.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the third respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.05 of 2020 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
