To call for the records pertaining to the judgment and conviction imposed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, Pudukkottai District in Special C.C.No.01 of 2007 vide judgment dated 24.08.2022 and set aside the same by honorably acquitting the appellant.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 13.09.2022 in Crl.MP(MD) No.10423 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.537 of 2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
