The petitioner has sought for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 397 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent. 1/3

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.451 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
