PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent and his subordinates not to harass or ill treat the petitioner on the guise of enquiry without following the due process of law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that no complaint is pending against her husband. If the petitioner's husband is an accused in Crime No.3 of 2018, under Sections 382, 384, 406, 420, 465, 468 and 506(ii) of IPC, the respondent police registered a case against her husband and investigating the said case. The respondent police is directed to issue summons, if they required the presence of the petitioner. 4.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
