3. It appears to be a case of impersonation. The petitioner is a purchaser. But he does not appear to be a bonafide purchaser. 4.This Court indicated to the petitioner's counsel that anticipatory bail will be granted, if the offending transaction is nullified. To enable the counsel to get instructions, the case was adjourned.

5. The petitioner's counsel today reports that the property has since been mortgaged and money raised on that basis. The acts committed by the accused herein are fairly serious. This is not a case, in which, the accused should be shown any indulgence, unless they undo the mischief. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. The criminal original petition stands dismissed.
