PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to depute a competent officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police and further investigate the case in Crime No.906 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent and now charge sheeted and pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivaganga in C.C.No.10 of 2013 and file a fresh final report within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. ORDER

This quash petition is filed to direct the first respondent to depute a competent officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police and further investigate the case in Crime No.906 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivaganga in C.C.No.10 of 2013 2.The direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted since the second respondent has completed the investigation and laid charge sheet in C.C.No.10 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai for an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. Therefore further investigation does not arise in this case.
