ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 & 3 in Crime No.13 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 313, 354 of IPC and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the defacto complainant and the first accused was solemnized on 07.09.2014. Subsequently, misunderstanding arose between them and the first accused was working in Kuwait. In the meanwhile, the defacto complainant gave a complaint by stating that the second accused, who is the father-in-law of the defacto complainant, misbehaved with the defacto complainant at the instances of the third accused/mother-in-law and based on the said complaint, the above said case was registered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation is pending and if the petitioners are released on anticipatory bail, they will tamper the witnesses. 5.Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
