ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 351, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC, in Cr.No.44 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the police already arrested the petitioner and hence, nothing survives in this petition.
4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
