O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's son, namely, S.Sajin, S/o.Selvaraj, aged about 27 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.When the matter was taken up hearing today, the petitioner and the detenue appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, the detenu would state that he is now residing at Ramanathapuram and he is a full time worker in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. 3. In the light of the above statement of the detenu, no further adjudication is necessary and hence, this habeas corpus petition is closed. No costs.
