ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the wife of the third respondent has given a complaint alleging job racketing and on the basis of the complaint, the parties were summoned and since the respondents therein including the petitioner had agreed to repay the amount, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already paid Rs.1,00,000/- to the third respondent 2/4

on 06.01.2022 for the complaint alleged to have been against the petitioner and two others.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner.

6. Recording the submissions made on either sides, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
