This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2023 dated 29.10.2023 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent conducted the investigation and found that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged, and that they would soon file the final report as 'action dropped'.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if the final report, as undertaken by the first respondent, is not filed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court once again.
