Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3790 of 2021 would contend that the Inspector of Police after concluding the investigation in Crime No.1920 of 2020, laid a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy, in C.C.No.1120 of 2020.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
