[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the petitioner's wife, namely, Murugeswari, aged about 32 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.02.2021, the detenue appeared before this Court and stated that she was harassed by her husband hence, she left the matrimonial home in the month of June, 2020 and she has been residing in Palladam and working for her livelihood. At request of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter was referred to Mediation to explore the possibility of settlement.
