ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2026 and 17.01.2026 within the time stipulated by this court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that current paper inquiry is pending.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the respondent police are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2026 and 17.01.2026, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of Four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as per law.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
