ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 494 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.14 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that marriage between the defacto complainant and A1 was solemnized on 19.10.2011 and they blessed with one special child and thereafter, he went abroad for employment and thereby, one Vaithiswari, who is A2 and one Phenomenal harassed the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that a false complaint has been made against the petitioners and that A2 has nothing to do with the defacto complainant, in fact she is living separately. He would further submit that now, the defacto complainant and A1 decided to live together, for the welfare of the special child.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the defacto complainant and A1 decided to live together, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
