PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the contemnors/respondents in the Writ Petition for their willful and deliberate disobedience to the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.12999 of 2022 dated 28.07.2022.

ORDER
Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 28.07.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.12999 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition, an intra-court appeal has been filed in W.A.(MD).No.354 of 2023 and the same was allowed vide judgment dated 10.10.2023. As such, there cannot be any disobedience of the order passed by the writ Court.
