This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.187 of 2014 of the Silaiman Police Station, Madurai District, pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings under Section 148 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
