ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, who is arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 336, 324 and 307 IPC, in Crime No.364 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He would further submit that the co-accused was granted bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15990 of 2015 on 18.08.2015.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital and the co-accused was already granted bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to
