ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.272 of 2015, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 355 and 506 (i) of I.P.C. and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that except Section 506(i) IPC, all the offences are bailable offences. It is represented that the complaint came to be registered on account of a wordy quarrel between the defacto complainant and the accused persons and it is alleged that it is only the father of the first accused, who suffered injuries and as there is a pending complaint against the defacto complainant, this case has been preferred as a counter blast.

3.Considering the sated circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

4.
