O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to expedite the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2012 and file a final report within the stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Cr.No.201 of 2012 under Sections 120(B), 406 and 420 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
