To allow this appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Decree dated 27.06.2014 in O.S.No.116 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli and allow the appeal and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALARAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that some more time may be granted for payment of 25% of Rs.74,00,227/- (i.e.Rs.18,50,056.75) and he further submit that to show the bonofide copy of the demand draft of the said amount is also annexed along with the petition.

Considering the above, time is granted for four weeks from today.
