During the year 2005, a request was made to the District Collector Office, Salam to confirm the genuineness of the community Certificate submitted by the second respondent. According to the petitioners, the second respondent is likely to be retired from service and the genuineness of the community status of the second respondent is pending before the first respondent in the year 2023 onwards.
