ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.ARUN JAYATRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.VENKATA SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for R1 & R2 , the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 27 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. Since the dispute is between the husband and wife with regard to the maintenance, Registry is directed to refer the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for the parties appearance on 24.04.2018.
