ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.23/2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same as against the petitioner. 2.Earlier, this Court referred the matter to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, by consent of both parties for amicable settlement on 19.03.2018. Both the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench along with their counsel. After a detailed discussion, the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and to that effect, the parties have entered into joint compromise. The said compromise memo dated 22.03.2018 is also placed before this Court along with the report dated 22.03.2018 filed by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both parties have appeared before this Court and submitted that they have read the joint compromise memo and the same may be recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the joint compromise memo, dated 22.03.2018 and the settlement arrived at between the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The joint compromise memo shall form part of this order. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority, attached to this Bench.
