********** This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to make necessary correction in revenue records likewise Natham FMB and Map in S.NO.88/18E2 situated at Thavalaikulam Village, Thavalaikulam Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District based on the petitioner's representation dated 3.12.2024.

2.Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that though a larger relief is sought for in the Writ Petition, it would suffice if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner, dated 03.12.2024 on merits and in accordanc with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 03.12.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
