O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai to expedite the enquiry in S.T.C.No.522 of 2014 pending before the Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for issuing a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.522 of 2014.

3. Having regard to the circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following the direction :

"The Judicial Magistrate Court No.I (Fast Track), Madurai, is directed to expedite the enquiry in S.T.C.No. 522 of 2015 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order."

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
