[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner herein has encroached upon the Government land and put up a construction thereon. On survey, the encroachment has been identified and accordingly, the impugned notice has been issued to the petitioner directing him to remove the encroachment on his own or it will be removed by the Corporation and the cost for such removal will be recovered from him. However, the petitioner, without removing the encroachment made by him in the subject land or submitting his explanation to the impugned notice, has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. We find no merit in this writ petition and the same is, therefore, liable to be dismissed.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [G.J., J.] [K.K.R.K., J.] 21.01.2026 NCC :
