Upon perusal of the records, it is seen that on 09.10.2025, the learned counsel who had been appearing for the appellants had already filed a memo stating that, despite having sent notice to the appellants, no instructions had been received from them. Consequently, this Court directed the Registry to print the names of the appellants in the cause list and posted the matter for hearing on 16.10.2025.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.10.2025, there was no representation for the appellants. Even today, i.e., on 17.10.2025, there is no representation on behalf of either the appellants or the respondents. 2/4

4. Being left with no other option, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
