ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere into the civil dispute. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, the second respondent has conducted an enquiry and it was closed, as the dispute is civil in nature and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
