ORDER

Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to participate in SI.No. 3 Construction of Sub Registrar Office Building at Ponnamaravathy in Pudukkottai District with respect to the E-Tender Notice No. 23/2024-2025/SE/Buildings (C and M) Circle/Thanjavur 1 dated 07.01.2025 or in the alternate to direct the 1st respondent to accept the tender documents uploaded by the petitioner without insisting for the production of Work Site Visit Certificate from the 2nd respondent for the above said work."

3. When the matter came up for admission on 21.01.2025, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate, Mr.S.Kameswaran, to instruct that the respondent authorities to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate by 01.00 p.m. After hectic efforts taken by the learned Government Government, the respondents have issued the said certificate by 03.00 p.m

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 22.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No jbr TO:-
