This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 8 herein not to interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.9 and consequently, direct the respondent No.8 to restore the possession in respect of the property situated in New Survey No.196, (Old Survey No.3015), Kaliyal Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District, which is the subject matter in S.L.P(C) Diary No.25270 of 2017 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.9 submits that S.L.P(C) Diary No.25270 of 2017 was disposed of on 21.04.2022.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.9, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
