This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.277 of 2017 dated 31.12.2017 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 31.12.2017 in Cr.No.227 of 2017 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, but sofar, final report has not been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation, the matter was referred as 'mistake of fact' and a report has also been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate, on 25.01.2018. He further submitted that already Rcs notice served on the petitioner herein.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under law.
