Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in the support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madras High Court, Madras, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
