To set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 18.06.2008 passed in A.S.No.109 of 2007 by the Learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram, confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.82 of 2005 dated 12.06.2007 passed by the Learned Additional District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram and dismiss the suit. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioners the court made the following order:- 2/4

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in the support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madras High Court, Madras, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
