ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the Respondent no.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the Respondent no.4 and 5 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police. Perused the materials available on record. 3.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner against the respondents 4 and 5, no action has been taken. The respondents 4 and 5 are the estranged brother-in-law and wife of the petitioner. It is the allegation of the petitioner that the respondents 4 and 5 have created forged appointment order and operated the bank account of the petitioner. Since no action 2/5

has been taken, this petition has been filed. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the matter pertains to matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife/5th respondent and the cases filed by the 5th respondent as against the petitioner are pending, the respondent police closed the enquiry in the complaint given by the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication.
