PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli in CrMP No.6482 of 2016 in STC No.1146 of 2008 dated 05.11.2016, against which filed a Revision in Criminal Revision No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate in CrlMP No.6482 of 2016 in STC No.1146 of 2008, dated 05.11.2016.

2. A complaint has been filed under Section 138 of NI Act in the year 2008. The petitioner sought for a direction against the respondent to furnish the details of the documents. The respondent objected to the same and gave undertaking before the Court that if the petitioner requires the document, he can give notice to the respondent to produce the document. The trial Court dismissed the application filed by the petitioner by order dated 04.09.2015. This was also confirmed in the revision in CrlRC No.1 of 2017 by an order dated 30.06.2017 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli. 3.This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by both the Court below. There is no ground to interfere with the orders of the Court below. 4.The complaint is of the year 2008.There shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate-IV, to complete the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance to the Registry, immediately after completion of the proceedings.
