Learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submits that the missing detenu is a serving Army personnel and the missing of the detenu was brought to the knowledge of the 3rd respondent on 11.3.2019 and communication in this regard has been addressed to the Superintendent of Police and other officials requesting details as to the progress made in the investigation and response is awaited.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor undertakes to furnish copies of the status report and additional status report of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sankarankoil.
