ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 402 days in representing the above appeal suit.

2. Heard. Perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost.

4. This petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay the cost of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Fifty only) to the credit of Women Advocates Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (Account No:6477041768, IFSC Code:- IDIB00H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai) for the purpose of maintaining Creche, on or before 30.07.2024.

5. On such payment being made, Registry is directed to verify and post the matter on 30.07.2024 along with a deficit Court fee petition which was filed before the Registry.
