This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Crl.MP.No.0006778 of 2021. dated 09.12.2021. and set aside the same as not maintainable and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to receive the payment of Rs.18,10,000/- from the petitioner. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent Bank submitted that subsequent to the proceedings initiated under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, possession of 2/4

the property was handed over to the auction purchaser and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. 3.
